Schnarchathon is a sleepover marathon full of experimental live sets, played on ZiMMT's impressive 3D sound system.
I was asked to create a catering menu for the many artists involved as well as for the guests, to create a family style environment before the long event begins, and provide a convenient breakfast before departing.
This menu welcomes guests with a warm and cosy dinner of pumpkin risotto and chamomile tea, to settle the body into a sleepy mode. The breakfast is cafe de olla to drink, and a hearty savoury cake of grilled eggplant and dried tomato, pickles and preserved lemon cream to eat.
