GULA (our new food truck) launches this summer, it will be located at zum wilden heinz, the neighbourhood beer garden in lindenau. it’s almost finished! we are just waiting for a few beurocratic processes to finalise.
but we can’t wait! we want to make a soft-launch on saturday 25.04
GULA is the spanish word for gluttony, one of the seven deadly sins, and we feel it encapsulates our style perfectly: extreme flavour, rich taste, “just one more” kinda vibes.
on saturday we will offer a small donation-based menu outside in the garden, and inside there will be a rotation of djs and cold drinks.
